These terms govern your use of the Mumbles Studio website (mumblesstudio.co.uk) — trading as Mumbles Studio for consulting services and Mumbles Co for digital products sold via Etsy, both the same business — and the services described on it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Mumbles Studio is a UK-based freelance consultancy offering business consulting, marketing support, and AI & automation services, trading as Mumbles Co for downloadable digital products sold via Etsy.

## 4. Digital products and Etsy purchases

 

Downloadable templates, checklists, prompt packs, and planners are sold under the Mumbles Co brand via our Etsy shop: https://mumbleco.etsy.com. Purchases, payments, and refunds for these products are handled through Etsy and subject to Etsy's own terms and policies, not this website directly.

 

## 4a. Consultancy payments via Stripe

 

Invoices for consultancy services may be settled online via Stripe. Card payments processed this way are subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices in addition to this Agreement. We don't store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles and secures all payment data directly.

 

## 5. Intellectual property

 

All content on this site — text, graphics, templates previewed here, and branding for both Mumbles Studio and Mumbles Co — belongs to us unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or resell our content or digital products without permission, beyond your own personal/business use of a purchased product.

 

## 6. Limitation of liability

 

We provide this website and its content "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here (as opposed to a formal, agreed client engagement).
