Mumbles Studio is a trading name of Jack James Hughesdon ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website. You can contact us at hello@mumblesstudio.co.uk.

• Contact form data: name, email, business, phone (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Analytics events: anonymous interaction data (page views, button clicks, form submissions) tied to a randomly generated session ID stored locally in your browser. We do not collect your IP address or attempt to identify you.
• Account data (staff only): if you sign in to the admin dashboard, we store your email and hashed password via our authentication provider.

We use contact submissions only to reply to your enquiry and to deliver services you ask for. We use analytics to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful, so we can improve the site. We never sell your data.

• Consent for optional analytics.
• Legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and running the site securely.
• Contract for delivering paid services once engaged.

We use trusted processors to run the site and store data: our hosting and database provider (Supabase, EU region), email delivery, Google Analytics (when you consent to analytics cookies), and the Zoom scheduler for booking calls. Each is bound by their own data-protection terms.

Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@mumblesstudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
