Mumbles Studio is a trading name of Jack James Hughesdon ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through this website. You can contact us at hello@mumblesstudio.co.uk.

• Contact form data: name, email, business, phone (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Newsletter subscriptions: email address, the page you signed up on, and the date you subscribed.
• Free resource downloads (lead magnet): email address, the product you requested, and the date of the request. We use this only to send you the download link.
• Purchase data: when you buy a digital product, we record your email, the product, price paid, and order status so we can fulfil your order and provide support. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Analytics events: anonymous interaction data (page views, button clicks, form submissions) tied to a randomly generated session ID stored locally in your browser. We do not collect your IP address or attempt to identify you.
• Account data (staff only): if you sign in to the admin dashboard, we store your email and hashed password via our authentication provider.
• Email delivery logs: to make sure emails reach you, we log the template type, recipient address, provider used, send status, and any error message.

We use contact submissions to reply to enquiries and deliver services. We use newsletter and lead-magnet emails only to send the content you asked for. We use order data to deliver digital products, process refunds, and keep tax records. We use analytics to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful. We never sell your data.

• Consent for optional analytics and for marketing emails.
• Legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, running the site securely, and preventing fraud.
• Contract for delivering paid services and digital products.
• Legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

We use trusted processors to run the site and deliver services. They can only process data for the purposes we define:

• Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud (EU region).
• Payments: Stripe processes card payments and can issue receipts.
• Email delivery: we send transactional emails via our primary email provider; if that fails, we fall back to Google Workspace / Gmail API connected to hello@mumblesstudio.co.uk.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (only when you consent to analytics cookies).
• Call booking: Zoom scheduler for booking discovery calls.

Contact submissions and newsletter subscriptions are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Order records are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Email delivery logs are kept for 90 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@mumblesstudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
